Auto-delivery Subscription Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By opting into the Aralis Animals Auto-Delivery Subscription service ("Auto-Delivery"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Subscription
- Enrollment: To enroll in Auto-Delivery, you must select the Auto-Delivery option when purchasing eligible Aralis Animals products and set your desired delivery frequency.
- Product Availability: All Auto-Delivery is subject to product availability. We reserve the right to pause your subscription until new stock arrives or cancel for discontinued items.
- Billing and Payments: By enrolling in Auto-Delivery, you authorize Aralis Animals to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis without further authorization from you. Charges will be made according to your delivery schedule.
- If we are unable to process payment via your preferred payment method, your subscription order will not be processed and your order will be skipped. You will be notified by email.
- We reserve the right to change or cancel the subscription service or any of these terms at any time.
Managing Your Subscription
- Adjustments: You may adjust your delivery frequency, quantity, or product choice through your Aralis Animals account at any time.
- Pausing or Cancelling: You may pause or cancel your Auto-Delivery subscription at any time through your Aralis Animals account. Requests to pause or cancel must be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled order processing date to avoid being charged for that delivery.
- Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated account information, including your shipping address, payment details, order frequency and subscription status.
Delivery, Returns and Refunds
- Shipping: Auto-Delivery orders are subject to our standard shipping policies and charges.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a product received through Auto-Delivery, our standard return and refund policy applies.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please contact customer service if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Aralis Animals is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from our Auto-Delivery service, except as required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, missed deliveries or incorrect product shipments.
Changes to Terms
Aralis Animals reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Auto-Delivery service after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
