However, should your furry pal give a firm 'no' to the taste, don't worry – we've got your back. We offer a 100% Taste Guarantee for first-time customers trying our products. Please read the terms below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

  • Return Window: Aralis Animals customer service representative must be contacted to request your refund within 14 days from delivery. For items requested beyond 14 days, the Taste Guarantee will no longer apply.
  • Eligible Items: Returns are only accepted for first-time purchases of small-sized jars. Large-sized jars, Multipacks, and second-time purchases of the same product are not eligible for returns under this policy.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (See “Damaged or Incorrect items” below)
  • Tracking Requirement: It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain a tracking number when returning items and provide it upon request. We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our policy criteria, we will process your refund within 1–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and exclude original shipping fees.
  • Australian Orders Only: Unfortunately, this guarantee does not cover international purchases.

How to Request a Return & Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team at bark@aralisanimals.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with the return shipping details.
  3. Ship the item back to us and share the tracking number.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 1–5 business days.

Please note that our 100% Taste Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Large size jars, Multipacks, or bulk purchases
  • Orders outside the 14-day window
  • Second-time purchases of the same product

FAQ

Q: I purchased a Multipack but my dog does not like the taste. Can I return all three items?

A: Out 100% Taste Guarantee applies to single small jars only. However, if you found yourself in this situation, please send back the unopened jars and we will refund your order in full, less shipping fees. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email bark@aralisanimals.com.au with clear photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number. Our team will work with you to find the best resolution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund. See Return Policy for more details


Return to Sender (RTS)

If a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender” due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a failed delivery attempt, we will refund the cost of the product minus a shipping fee.
